All quotations are subject to availability, supplier confirmation, seasonal fluctuations and exchange rate changes until confirmed in writing by Moya Wild.

A deposit is required to secure all bookings. Final balances are generally due 60–90 days prior to travel, depending on supplier requirements.

Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, supplier increases, park fees, fuel levies or government taxes before final payment is received.

Changes to confirmed bookings may incur amendment fees and supplier penalties.

Cancellation charges apply based on supplier terms and the proximity to travel dates. Certain services may be non-refundable from the time of booking.

Comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies and evacuation is strongly recommended for all travellers.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that passports, visas and all travel documentation meet destination requirements.

Moya Wild acts as a booking intermediary and is not liable for acts, omissions or service failures by third-party suppliers.

Wildlife sightings and weather conditions cannot be guaranteed. Safari experiences operate within natural environments.

Personal information supplied to Moya Wild will be processed responsibly and only shared where necessary to arrange travel services.

Moya Wild shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or losses caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, airline disruption or government restrictions.
